TANK FOR TRUCK, CHASSIS

Our group of companies carries out manufacture tank for trailers, semi-trucks and chassis made ​​of fiberglass (FRP/GRP). Just carry the supply of ready-made tankers for transportation, temporary storage of all types of liquids (food, chemical, petroleum products). Today we offer manufacturing fiberglass tanks according to customer requirements, features of operation and properties of substances for which they are intended.

 

Used fiberglass based on polyester, vinyl ester resins filled with fiberglass of type E or ECR and / or aramid fiber. FER/GRP construction materials are able to withstand all kinds of loads, including shock and vibration. They also have high chemical resistance, low water absorption and ecological purity of the final product, are insoluble and are not susceptible to melting.

 

We offer production of tanks as cylindrical and elliptical shape of any size. We propose three types of tanks - single-walled, double-walled, isothermal. Quantity of sections in agreement with the client. On request the tank can be equipped with a heating system with steam or electric-powered onboard network and / or an external source. Produced tanks have flame retardant outer layer. All tanks are manufactured according to ADR, in the same tank can be certified for a specific application, if such application requires necessarily certification.

  All fiberglass tanks have undeniable advantages:

  • low specific gravity of 1.1 - 1.6 g / cm ³;

  • high specific mechanical strength;

  • high shock resistance;

  • resistant to aggressive environments;

  • high resistance to atmospheric influences and UV;

  • insensitive to low temperatures (coefficient of linear expansion 0,45-8 x10 ^ 6 deg ^ -1);

  • resistance to sudden temperature changes;

  • does not rot and corrosion;

  • virtually non-aging (life of not less than 50 years);

  • not subject to bio-fouling of moss and mold;

  • high maintainability;

  • practically impossible the instantaneous leak

  • The inner layer is made of chemically resistant or food GRP. This layer consists of steklovuali, roving and suitable binder.The production process is carried out by a continuous spiral winding on the prepared model. The layer thickness is 4-5 mm.

  • The middle layer is made of constructional GRP, which is used in the manufacture of airframe, ships (aircraft, helicopters, etc.). This layer provides a high mechanical strength.

  • The outer layer provides fire resistance tanks and acts as protection from external factors. Its structure includes a fiberglass, rovings and fireproof binder. Also on top of this layer can cover additional fire resistant coating that will extend the time protect the tank from the fire to 60 minutes.

  • All the layers are joined together when complete polymerization binders. In the end wall of the tank is a monolithic material. For commercial proposal for the cost of manufacturing of tank for truck chassis, trailers or semi-trailers, you must send a completed application form.
